The Smartring service is all about exchanging contact information. That's why it's important to keep your profile up to date. You can easily control access to your own contact information.

We take your Privacy and Security seriously. Data are transported double encrypted and stored on authenticated servers. Only your own profile and the following info associated with your Smartring contacts are stored on our servers: Nickname, Note.

Your phone contacts are never copied to our servers. When matching your contacts with Smartring servers, only the following info are used: Mobile, Email, First name.

Cookies are used to make internet pages work. We do not pass on or sell any kind of information to others - no third party involved.

Your data are temporarily stored in the Smartring app on your device. If you decide to log out of our service and uninstall the app, all your data will be deleted and this cannot be undone. Your original phone book is still there, untouched.

Terms of use

By signing up for Smartring, you accept our Privacy Policy and agree not to publish content or other material that is, or maybe perceived as, inappropriate, obscene, offensive or degrading. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive use.

 

If we detect content or behavior of this nature, we will take the necessary action - for example, by offering help, removing content, blocking access to certain features, or disabling an account.

Smartring cannot be held responsible for conditions arising from the use of our service. All use is at your own risk.

Changes to Privacy, Security, Terms will only appear here. As a user of the Smartring service, you must agree to the rules listed at any time on this website.

 

Any dispute that may arise between you and Smartring is governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute that cannot be amicably resolved will be settled with the Oslo District Court as a venue.
